Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: 1400 hrs. Early check-in is subject to availability. To guarantee an early check-in, please book from the previous night.
  • Check-out: 1100 hrs. Late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Identity Proof

As per Government of India regulations, all guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.

  • Foreign Nationals: Valid passport and visa.
  • Indian Nationals: Any government-issued photo ID with address (Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar, or Voter ID). PAN Card is not accepted.
  • For corporate bookings, please carry proof of corporate affiliation.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be secured with a valid Credit Card, Bank Transfer, UPI, or Net Banking. Major credit/debit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival. Later cancellations will attract a one-night retention charge.
  • Bookings under promotional/non-refundable rates require 100% advance payment and cannot be cancelled or amended.

Group Reservations (5 rooms or more)

  • Cancellations/amendments must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs within 30 days, retention charges apply:
    Number of rooms cancelled/no-show × 1 night × applicable daily rate (with taxes).
  • Non-cancellable/non-amendable group rates will forfeit the full advance if altered.

Child Policy

  • Up to 2 children below 6 years may stay free with breakfast in the same room/suite.
  • For children between 6–12 years, an extra bed is chargeable, with breakfast at 50% of buffet price.
  • For 2 children above 6 years, a separate room must be booked.

Guest Preferences

  • Specific bed types or smoking preferences will be accommodated subject to availability.
  • Extra bed: 1,200 + applicable taxes per night.
  • Kids (below 10 years) stay free on a room-only basis when sharing with parents.

No Smoking Policy

In line with Indian law, smoking is prohibited in public areas of the hotel. Smoking is permitted only in designated rooms or smoking zones. Please inform us of your preference during booking.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed through the original payment mode within 15–20 business days, depending on bank timelines.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.
