Co – Founder | Director
Harmeet Singh Arora, Co – Founder and Director of Vivid Horizons Hotels and Management Services Pvt Ltd (Aliste Hotels & Resorts), is a distinguished hospitality leader and management consultant with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the hotel industry. A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Jaipur, Harmeet further enriched his expertise with an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from IMT Ghaziabad.
Since beginning his career as a hotelier in 2004, Harmeet has made significant contributions to renowned hotel chains, including ITC Hotels, Taj Group, and Oberoi Hotels. His roles in these organizations have equipped him with a profound understanding of operational excellence, guest relations, and strategic management.
In addition to his work in hospitality, Harmeet served as Head of Quality at GMR Delhi Airport, where he significantly contributed to enhancing service standards and operational efficiency in a high-traffic environment
As a co-founder of Hotel 91, he played a vital role in establishing the brand before moving on from the partnership. Currently, he leads a management consulting firm, where he utilizes his wealth of knowledge to help hospitality businesses optimize their operations, refine their marketing strategies, and drive sustainable growth.
Harmeet’s commitment to excellence and his passion for mentoring emerging leaders continue to shape the future of the hospitality industry, making him a respected figure in both hotel operations and management consulting.
An avid biker and explorer, Harmeet has a passion for adventure, particularly trekking and hiking in the hills and mountains. This love for the outdoors not only enriches his personal life but also inspires his professional approach, encouraging a culture of exploration and discovery within his team and offerings at Aliste Hotels.
Neha Singh
Co – Founder | Director
Neha Singh is a dynamic and accomplished Co-Founder & Director at Vivid Horizons Hotels & Management Services Private Limited, bringing over 15 years of diverse experience in Human Resources and Hospitality Management. With a strong background in HR and a successful venture in running a cafés in Gurugram, she combines her expertise in people management with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
Before venturing into the hospitality industry, Neha Singh spent several years in human resources, where she supported organizations across sectors in talent acquisition, employee development, and designing organizational culture. Her strategic approach to HR has been instrumental in building a motivated and high-performing team at Vivid Horizons and Aliste Hotels and Resorts
Prior to co-founding Vivid Horizons, Neha successfully managed her own café in Gurugram, Haryana. There, she cultivated a loyal customer base and implemented innovative marketing strategies that increased foot traffic and revenue. Her hands-on experience in managing daily operations, customer service, and staff training has laid the foundation for her current role in hotel management.
As a co-founder of the Brand Aliste Hotels and Resorts, Neha plays a crucial role in overseeing operations, guest relations, and staff training. Her vision is to create a welcoming environment that reflects the local culture while providing top-notch service. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the hotel
Neha has been born and brought up Iran and has been living in India for over 20 years now. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new culinary trends, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. She is also an advocate for work-life balance and encourages her team to prioritize their well-being.
With her extensive experience and passion for hospitality, Neha aims to establish Aliste Hotels as a premier destination, known for its outstanding service and unique atmosphere. She is committed to continuous growth and innovation, ensuring that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories.
